The Statesville Civic Center is a multi-purpose banquet facility with versatile indoor space options and seating arrangements for up to 1,200 people. Located near the crossroads of Interstates 40 and 77, the Civic Center in historic downtown Statesville provides the people of Iredell County with a first-class facility for events, such as regional meetings, trade shows and receptions. It is a great, convenient location to bring together guests from all directions.

Our event space options are simple, classic and built with versatility in mind.

Removable walls at the Civic Center give you flexible layout options so we can help you create the space of your dreams. The facility features eight interchangeable rooms for special events large or small. A 12,000 square foot Great Hall can seat up to 1,200 people, or 600 people at banquet round tables.

Included with Civic Center rental is customized room a set-up with tables, chairs, white linens and skirting; facility-wide Wi-Fi, podium with microphone, and additional amenities include a hardwood dance floor, projector and screens, a piano, stage, sound system and a smart board. Upon request an American Flag set will also be added to your room at no additional charge.

From the beginning, our dedicated staff will help ensure your event is exactly how you want it.

We have a list of approved vendors and caterers, or you can utilize our state of the art commercial kitchen to prepare your own food. We don’t do more than one rental of a room per day, so the space is yours to ensure you have necessary time to make it perfect without being rushed.
